We are also thrilled to be participating in the Small Business Investing Scholars Program for the third year in a row and welcome Ashley Flick from the University of Notre Dame to Capitala as this year's program representative. The program aims to promote diversity and inclusion within the SBIC industry and offers technical training and networking opportunities with industry leaders in the private equity and investment banking industries.
