CHARLOTTE, NC, March 27, 2024 -- Capitala Group (“Capitala”), a Charlotte-based firm providing private credit and private equity to small businesses, is pleased to announce its recent debt and equity co-investment in Champion Wellness Centers (“Champion” or the “Company”).
Based in Tampa, FL, Champion operates seven chiropractic wellness centers offering a variety of treatments to provide a comprehensive chiropractic experience to the patient. Additionally, the Company operates a multidisciplinary wellness center that is focused on providing physical therapy, shockwave therapy, trigger point injections, IV nutrients, and stem cell treatments to deliver a more holistic approach to chiropractic care.
Capitala partnered with Monument MicroCap Partners, who led the transaction. Capitala allocated funds from Fund VI to support the transaction and the Company’s ongoing growth initiatives.
